Welcome to Fountain Partners Instant Proposal program.  The Instant Proposal program is a qualification and pricing engine developed internally by Fountain Partners to allow users to find out quickly whether or not they qualify for financing and to provide those users that do with the opportunity to design and select a proposal that best suits their needs.

Here is how it works:

Once you click on the Instant Proposal link here or above you will be taken to a landing page to begin your qualification session.  You will start by defining who the term sheet will be addressed to – the information you enter will be the information that appears on the term sheet.  Once entered, you will answer a few basic profile questions and based on those responses you will be asked basic financial questions.  You will need to be familiar with the company’s recent financial statements and cash operating plan over the next 12 months in order to answer all of the questions accurately.  The engine will also ask questions relating to the equipment the company is interested in leasing.  After that, the user is able to specify preferences with respect to the term sheet and ultimately select among term sheets that allow the user the ability to either maximize cash runway or minimize the total cost of leasing.  Within about 8 minutes, you will have the options to choose from and you may download a term sheet from Fountain Partners in pdf form.  Note that you will have two contrasting offers – a Runway Maximizer or an Cost Minimizer.  If you prefer some other structure, just let us know and we will be able to consider your specific preferences.  Note that the proposal will not include covenants or require additional collateral so if you wish to offer covenants or additional collateral in order to minimize to total cost of financing we can consider such requests.
